A total of **71 Catalan companies** from the agri-food sector are participating in **SIAL Paris 2026**. The fair runs until **21 October** and is aimed solely at professionals.

Catalan agri-food companies are present at **SIAL Paris 2026** with a total of **71 companies**, as reported by eurocarne.com. The fair takes place from **17 to 21 October** at the **Paris-Nord Villepinte** exhibition centre, on the outskirts of the French capital.

The grouped participation is organised by the **Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food** of the **Government of Catalonia**, through **Prodeca**. Of the 71 companies, **36** are part of this collective stand, divided between the **Fine Food** and **Meat** areas.

The aim is to bring international buyers closer to Catalan products and support their international expansion. According to the department, the joint presence includes bakery, chocolates and sweets, olive oils, preserves, beverages, meat and cold cuts, allowing a single visitor to meet suppliers with products aimed at different channels and consumer profiles.

In **Fine Food**, there are **28 multi-product companies**, featuring food specialties and daily consumer products that cover various commercial segments. The **Meat** space groups together **eight companies** from the meat sector, designed for the specialised operators visiting the fair.

The chosen slogan, **“Catalonia, where food is culture”**, connects the gastronomic culture of the region with the brands that produce its products. As the event is exclusively professional, companies wishing to contact these buyers must do so during the five days of the fair, until **21 October**.
