Diversity as an editorial value

At Barcelona Press, we believe that a diverse newsroom produces journalism that is more complete, more fair, and more useful to society. Diversity is not, for us, a statement of intent — it is an active criterion that we apply both in our content decisions and in the make-up of our team.
