Mounir Nasraoui, father of Lamine Yamal, complains on social media that the fountains in a Pedralbes park have no water for dogs. He later confronted a follower who asked him to work.

Mounir Nasraoui, father of FC Barcelona footballer Lamine Yamal, has posted a video on Instagram filmed in a Pedralbes park in Barcelona, to complain that the fountains have no water for dogs. As he explains in the recording, the situation has been the same for two weeks.

In the same video, he lashed out at the Barcelona City Council, although the conversation quickly turned into an exchange with some followers who questioned his work and personal situation. Before addressing the issue, he joked about his Ceutí origin and his way of speaking Spanish.

When a user asked him to get to work, Nasraoui responded with insults and said he didn't need to speak Spanish or work because he had millions. Before signing off, he directed a phrase at the leader of Vox, Santiago Abascal:

«Abascal, you are worth nothing».

This is not the first time his statements have sparked controversy. He previously criticised young people for not wanting to work, and in other live streams, he has responded with irony to those who reproach him for living off his son's success.

Nasraoui moved from Rocafonda in Mataró to Pedralbes a year and a half ago. In his home, he had a mural painted featuring his silhouette alongside that of his son, a detail that also drew attention on social media.

For the Pedralbes resident, the case leaves a specific request: for the City Council to review the water supply of the park's fountains, a matter that the video does not detail with further official information.
