A 30-year-old man, with sixteen prior arrests, is the alleged shooter from the incident that took place in the early hours of August 9 in Les Roquetes, in the Nou Barris district. The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested him on Thursday, October 15 for threats, illegal possession of firearms, and injuries.

According to the investigation, the man fired during a tumultuous fight between two groups on the street. Officers received a call that morning when the argument had already ended with several shots fired and, according to testimonies, left one person injured.

When the Mossos d'Esquadra arrived at the scene, there was no one left, neither perpetrators nor victims. Upon searching the area, they found a shell casing on the ground and a bullet impact on a parked car, confirming that a shooting had occurred.

The individuals involved left behind two abandoned and open vehicles, which have been crucial for the investigation.

With these vehicles, the officers identified the shooter and discovered where he lived. They then conducted a search of his home and arrested him. Additionally, they confirmed that he did not have any firearm permits.

The Mossos d'Esquadra indicate that, according to the information they received, one person was injured after the incident. So far, they have been unable to locate this individual, and the officers continue to search for them.
