The Sants Popular Cross celebrates its 47th edition with **1,714** spots and a **10-kilometre** route. Registrations close on **October 15**, with no option on the day of the event.
Those wishing to run the **10-kilometre** route must do so from the **carretera de Sants**, at the corner with **calle de Brasil**, at **10am** on **Sunday, October 18, 2026**. The finish line is at **Rambla de Brasil**, and the maximum time to complete it is **1 hour and 30 minutes**.
People **over 18 years old** can register. Runners aged **16 and 17** can also participate, but they need the permission of their mothers, fathers, or guardians.
Registration is done on the **Championchip** website, with prior payment by credit card, providing name, surname, age, and chip code. The price is **€15** until **October 10** for those who already have a yellow chip, and **€17** for those who need to rent one. From **October 11**, it rises to **€17.50** with a personal chip and **€19.50** with a rented chip.
Places are limited, so registrations close on **October 15** or earlier if the **1,714** participants are filled. No registrations are accepted on the day of the race.
Participants must wear the bib clearly visible on the chest and the official chip securely attached to the shoe. Registered participants will have a cloakroom service on the morning of the event, and everyone will receive a T-shirt, although the organisation does not guarantee the requested size.
The collection of bibs and T-shirts takes place at **La Lleialtat Santsenca**, on **calle de Olzinelles, 31**, on **Friday, October 16** from **4pm** to **8:45pm**, and on **Saturday, October 17** from **10am** to **2pm** and from **4pm** to **8:45pm**. On Sunday, they will also be handed out at the start, although the organisation recommends doing it beforehand to avoid queues.
Before the Cros, three other events will take place. The Petit Cros, a **600-metre** race for under **7 years**, starts at **9:30am**, has free registration, and closes the **Thursday** before or upon reaching **150 runners**. The Centpeus, a mile for children aged **7 to 14**, starts at **9:40am** with chip control: it costs **€3** with a personal chip and **€4** with a rented chip, and without a chip, there is disqualification.
Finally, the inclusive Cros is held for runners with intellectual disabilities. The **1,500-metre** race starts at **10:30am** from the carretera de Sants with calle de Badal, and the **500-metre** race starts at **11:30am** from the same start of the Cros.
