By late evening on August 25, Civil Protection concluded its warnings regarding rainfall accumulation exceeding 60 liters per square meter within three hours across regions like Baix Camp and Tarragonès. The emergency number (112) had received a total of 373 calls, leading to the generation of 259 incident reports, predominantly from Tarragonès.
