A New Horizon for the Merchant Navy
The Higher Technical School of Nautical Studies and Machines in A Coruña witnessed a significant event for the Spanish maritime sector today: the creation of FESMAR, the State Federation of Higher Graduates of the Spanish Merchant Navy.
