The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested a 21-year-old in Cabrera d'Anoia for his alleged coordination of the vandalism on October 24 in Barcelona. With this arrest, there are now four detainees.

An administrator of one of the communication groups used by Blocus to promote and coordinate actions was arrested this Saturday in Cabrera d'Anoia. According to the investigation, the young man, aged 21, actively participated in the organisation of the events and was in Barcelona on the day of the incidents, October 24.

The dissemination of the call is believed to have been made through a poster published on TikTok with a QR code that led directly to a WhatsApp channel. From that channel, the looting of shops in the Catalan capital was organised.

The Mossos d'Esquadra also arrested a young man aged 18 of Spanish nationality in Barcelona on Friday, who is identified as one of the promoters and instigators of a Blocus group that spread and promoted criminal acts.

On Thursday, the police arrested a minor in Bellmunt d'Urgell (Noguera), who is attributed with the creation and administration of the Blocus channels in the Lleida area. On Friday, another arrest was made, this time of a 17-year-old in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, in the Alt Penedès region, for his participation in a messaging group that allegedly served to organise looting and disturbances.

According to the investigation, the detainee from Sant Sadurní is believed to have disseminated the access link to the group, given instructions on the materials that members should bring, and guidelines to avoid being detected by the police. He is also said to have proposed possible targets for looting.

The juvenile court in Lleida agreed to impose a precautionary measure of supervised release with therapeutic instruction for the detainee from Bellmunt d'Urgell, in addition to a prohibition on visiting the city of Lleida on October 31 and November 1.
