The incident unfolded around 9 AM at the intersection of Pallars and Fluvià streets when a driver, attempting to evade the Mossos d’Esquadra police, collided with another vehicle that was stopped at a red light.
The chaos began when hotel staff from the Hilton Diagonal Mar alerted authorities about a French-registered car exhibiting erratic driving behavior.
